Training and Development

Training and Development forms an integral part of Avanze Technologies’s overall business strategy to provide quality service deliverables to all clients and also at the same time ensure continuous skills enhancement of employees, Our training programs are aimed to build commitment by all employees to take total ownership of customer expectations and exceed the same.
Our training philosophy is to develop associate comfort in production environment coupled with continuous improvement and we provide a highly supportive environment to achieve the same for all employees.

Pre-Process Training

All new employees undergo thorough training related to their process. Our training system is based on vestibule model, apart from classroom training we give equal emphasis for practical "hands-on" training to each employee.

Process Training

At this level all employees undergo stringent training related to their process including increasing their competence for handling high level project related tasks and other important activities. Each employee is taught the importance of SLA adherence and is given complete support to focus and achieve the same.

Refresher Training

Our tenured employees undergo refresher training programs periodically so as to sharpen their skills and to exceed customer expectations. Apart from this our teams identify people and process training requirements and customized training sessions are conducted to cater to the same.

Continuous Learning

We frequently conduct computer based learning sessions and short module training sessions to upgrade our employee skills over a period of time and to keep them prepared for future responsibilities.
